Project Description:
Provided Electrical Engineered Drawings and specifications for the 7th floor Psychiatrics patient care 11,000SF renovation. Engineering was based on the DPH standards, MA state Building Code, FGI Guidelines for construction in Hospitals, and the CDC guidelines for Health Care facilities.
Project Scope:
Scope included renovation of several adult psychiatric inpatient care rooms, the associated exam/treatment rooms, sensory rooms, and staff supporting common office areas.
ESE Provided the engineering for vandal proof lighting, tamper resistant and arc fault protected power, essential system generator back up of surveillance and other systems, power and HVAC branch circuitry, voice evacuation fire alarm device fit up, and master nurse call system for the 7th Floor renovation scope.
