Project Description:  This project consisted of specific renovations to 29 units of existing housing in
three separate buildings at the Cleghorn Apartments Complex in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Project Scope:  

This project included three individual residential buildings with various modernization scopes.

Selective items include addition of new load centers, upgrade under sized residential feeders,

additions of electric dryers, and full gut demolition of the entire unit with electrical replacement to current

code standards.
