Project Description:  

This project included engineering services of both shell and fit-up for a ground-up new construction 5,500 square foot walk in urgent care medical facility in Peabody, MA.

Project Scope:  

The shell scope of work included Utility, Service Provider, Fire alarm, and site lighting infrastructure design. The shell also includes building exterior lighting mounted to the building and recessed in the canopy. Lastly the shell scope includes the interior mechanical room.

The Fit up scope included the interior Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, E-Call, Local Sound System, Door Access, and Communications infrastructure design.
