Project Description:  This project consisted of select renovations to an existing 7,000 square foot
optometrist clinic which included included Lighting, Power and Fire Alarm design for a second
floor pharmaceutical office renovation.

Project Scope:  

This project included lighting, power and fire alarm upgrades in the existing space being renovated.

In addition, ESE provided fire alarm impairment plans per Concord Fire Department requirements,

which is a temporary fire alarm design that is utilized during the construction phase. 

The renovated space includes open offices, an employee lounge, a cafeteria and private

office suites.
