Project Description:  

This project included engineering of an electrical distribution of the exterior site for the DC Fast Car Charging Stations in Schroon Lake, NY

A new site electrical distribution to provide DC power to four car charging posts. A new primary service lateral was routed to a new pad mounted transformer. The transformer then served pad mounted NEMA 3R switchgear that provided AC power to four ABB Terra HP Dynamic car charging power inverter cabinets. From those cabinets DC power was provided to the dynamic EV car charging posts for public consumption at up to 500 Amps per post.
