Project Description:
This Project consisted of the Design Build Engineering of a ground up new 80,000SF construction of the Ready Seafood Food service headquarter s warehouse and center in Maine. This facility provides quality handling, packing and distribution of millions of pounds of seafood and lobster annually to its domestic Customers.
Project Scope:
Coordinated with Utility and indicated new 3000A electrical service load calculations, site plan and electrical riser diagram depicting the new electrical distribution to proposed to support the new Facility. The project included a 300KW generator to back up specific freezers and loads throughout the facility. Interior construction included lighting, power and fire alarm engineering for the office areas and the food processing rooms, cold storage freezers, and shipping and receiving areas with docking stations.
