This project included the 3D BIM modeling for the two new residence halls at Merrimack College. This project, which marks the largest expansion of Merrimack's on-campus housing in over a decade, includes the addition of 540 traditional and suite-style bedrooms, and 12,609 square feet of academic space.
This project included the 3D modeling of two separate buildings for student housing, both buildings had four floors. The buildings will take up a total of 139,600 square feet, each standing at four stories high, and will include both traditional residence-style rooms and suite-style accommodations. Also included is 12,609 square feet of new academic space. With more than 540 residential beds, this project represents the largest increase to the College’s on-campus housing stock since North Village opened in 2015.
The modeling included primary and secondary conduits, multiple main electric rooms, electrical panels, interior conduit, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
