Engineering plans and specs projects:

ESE provides documentation in the form of construction plans and specifications identifying Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, and other systems design. We provide Arc Flash labels via our power system studies. We also prepare (in house) exterior and interior lighting photometric reports for clients to ensure that the foot candle levels are in compliance with the clients needs and that the energy codes in effect are complied with.

Design-Build Preconstruction Support:

Working with Electricians for a pre-construction set of drawings to keep accountability in design, cost within budget and selected equipment that have lead times that can make it to the job on schedule.
