The project included the BIM modeling of the electrical equipment at the Middlesex School Field House located at 38 Pratt Lane, Concord, Ma 01742.
This BIM modeling was completed at a LOD of 350. This was a ground up Three (3) story Athletic Building. The BIM Included Underground, lower level, level 1 , level 2 and Catwalk level 3D modeling of Electrical Equipment including switchgear, panelboards, conduit feeders, and lighting. Project scope and schedule was maintained for all coordination requirements utilizing a team approach via virtual meetings to review any clashes detected with other trades for quick resolutions.
