Millhaus Condominium is an approximately 130,000 sqft four story mid rise building in Mansfield, MA. The complex is a renovated mill into residential units and includes 16 one- and two-bedroom townhouses, 89 studio, loft, one-, and two-bedroom apartment units, and 8 two-bedroom duplex units.
This project included a complete update to all fire alarm systems to audio visual systems in accordance with Massachusetts and Town regulated fire codes. This was an active swap over with existing systems never being down in order to not disrupt the residents living there.
ESE’s Scan to BIM team used hand-drawn floor plans to create a 3D model of the building including floor plans with all windows, doors, ceilings, and known furnishings."
