This project consisted of the ground up construction of an eight story building wireless temporary fire alarm impairment system design for submission to the building department. The scope was to provide fire alarm PE stamped impairment plans and associated tier II construction drawing documentation including fire alarm narrative indicating the sequence of operation for the fire alarm system.
The wireless temporary fire alarm system utilized the Fire Warden 100-2 system control panel with associated WES3 system components such as wireless DACT and wireless notification appliance devices as well as addressable wireless control and monitor modules interfacing with analog devices.
The facility will house a storage, fabrication and administration offices with dock levelers, overhead doors, energy efficient LED and high bay LED fixtures and lighting controls.
