Mary Ann Morse is an 67,000 square foot health care facility located in Natick, MA which provides short-term rehabilitation, nursing facilities, as well as memory-care facilities for the residents in its assisted living facility located in Framingham. The focus of this project was on a 1,200 square foot renovation to the existing building to include a dialysis suite.
ESE provided generator stand-by power to dialysis machines as well as a fit up for lighting, power, and the fire alarm system. Power was provided to new communication racks that serviced the space. The existing nurse call system was also modified to accommodate the new fit up. All project scope was provided per the latest adopted healthcare facility standards and codes.
