This project included the renovation of a historic industrial building constructed in the late 1800s into an elegant event venue.
ESE provided electrical design and engineering consulting on electrical and fire alarm systems. The electrical scope for the space included updated electrical distribution, new fire alarm system, new lighting and controls for the venue, HVAC upgrades, and general power throughout.
