This project included multiple areas of renovation. The existing electrical service was upgraded to allow the addition of new HVAC equipment . The existing electrical service was back-fed from a new upsized incoming electrical service with new larger distribution equipment. Selected areas of lighting were renovated with new LED lighting, energy saving vacancy and occupancy controls. Handicapped Access was improved by the addition of a new lift in the facility.
