This project included engineering of the tenant buildout connections to existing base building infrastructure . Including: electrical distribution, addressable fire alarm, power, Led lighting, Wireless lighting control and dimming, and tele/data conduit systems.

The project consisted of the following: Addressable fire alarm system, LED lighting and associated branch wiring, emergency and exit egress lighting, automatic lighting control, mechanical systems power, electrical load calculations shown on electrical service, receptacles, power distribution, voice and data.

ESE completed documentation of the existing bus riser, and provided load calculations for connection of the new tenant lab space to the existing bus.
