Preparation of design build construction documents and specifications for building electrical systems for the renovation to the 12,000SF space in scope at 99 Crystal St Malden, Ma 02148.
Modification to the existing first floor Auditorium and supporting rooms including Theatrical Diming system, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Automatic and Manual Lighting Control, Auditorium egress floor Lighting. Scope also included Power and Fire Alarm Fit up drawings.
