This project was an 87,173 square foot, two story senior living apartment building which included independent living, assisted living and memory care units with seven detached duplex town house buildings.
This project included the following design features: Standby generator, emergency call wireless system, wireless access point system, addressable fire alarm system, fire pump, data/tele I.T, system two communication system, cooking and dining facilities. The facility has exterior activity areas, courtyards and detached duplex cottages to accommodate multiple levels of assisted care patients.
