This project included BIM modeling of electrical conduit, lighting, and equipment at Greenmont Senior Housing located at 144 Greenmont Avenue Dracut MA, 01826
This BIM modeling was completed at a LOD of 350. This was a ground up Four (4) story Senior Housing Building. The BIM Included Underground, level 1 , level 2, level 3, and attic level 3D modeling of Electrical Equipment including switchgear, panelboards, conduit feeders, and lighting. Project scope and schedule was maintained for all coordination requirements utilizing a team approach via virtual meetings to review any clashes detected with other trades for quick resolutions.
