Red Oak at 409 Elm Street is a brand-new apartment community located steps away from SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH that is non-smoking and offers revolutionary living. The project included the construction of a new 62,500 square foot, five story high rise building with basement. The residential occupancy consisted of 90 dwelling units, and the first floor office spaces are the new headquarters for Red Oak Properties as well as co-working office spaces.
ESE was responsible for the Construction documents and specifications for the building electrical systems including: Normal Power Distribution, Standby/Emergency Power Distribution System, Power outlet system, Fire Alarm, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Lighting Control, Communications Systems, Carbon Monoxide detection system, CATV cabling systems and Area Of Refuge system.
