The Wollaston Manor is a high rise 12 story apartment community that has studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartment homes for rent. The first floor is 13,600 square feet and the second through the 12th floors are 12,200 square feet for a total of 147,800 square feet. It has a 24 hour emergency maintenance service and on site resident service coordinator.
This project included all voice evacuation Fire Alarm head end equipment, and the addressable devices to be replaced with new equipment and devices. The project was an active swap over with the existing system never being down.
ESE's Scan to BIM TEAM provided both the floor plan layout including all windows, doors, ceilings, and furnishings etc as well as the Fire Alarm Permit Set of Drawings for building department approval and EC installation.
