ESE provided redesign and engineering for all electrical services from schematic design through construction administration stages of Achievement First's newest school renovation. Normal and emergency power distribution systems were provided as well as normal/emergency lighting fixtures/controls for interior as well as exterior systems. Lighting sensors were utilized in interior/exterior designated spaces which controlled lighting based on occupancy, vacancy, or daylight to minimize unnecessary electrical usage throughout the campus. In addition, a new addressable, voice evac fire alarm system was provided, including a fire alarm microphone station; all of which was designed in accordance with latest Rhode Island Fire Safety Codes.
