The project consisted of renovating a 26,400 square foot staff residence with new electric service, power distribution, fire alarm system, and lighting.

ESE evaluated and designed electrical service upgrades and renovation construction for the Cedar Hall building. ESE provided drawings for lighting fixtures and controls (normal and emergency), audio-visual fire alarm (in building and site), mechanical and normal power distribution, kitchen equipment wiring, downstream equipment upgrades, and site electrical distribution. All electrical systems throughout the site were upgraded to be ADA compliant.
