This project consists of the Renovation of an existing single story 6,700 sq. ft vacant retail facility into a Town Fair Tire Retail and Repair facility.
This project included preparation of plans and specifications for the exterior site utilities (including electric, telephone, CATV and fire alarm services) as well as exterior parking lot and building mounted lighting system. In addition, ESE provided construction documents and specifications for building electrical systems including: Power Distribution, Power Outlet System, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Lighting Control, Telephone Outlet Systems, Data and Communications Cabling, and equipment power connection system design to owner furnished equipment.
