This project consisted of engineering & designing all electrical systems including fixtures & controls (interior, exterior, and emergency), power distribution (normal and standby/emergency), security, communications, as well as an audio/visual, addressable fire alarm system. In addition, this project consisted of designing all electrical systems for a full service kitchen as well as a beauty salon for residents. All project scope and design was done in accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Guidelines (ADAG).
