The Exisitng 277/480 V, 3 Ph, 4 W, electric service extends into the building from the secondary side of the utility company owned pad mounted transformer and terminates on the line side of a 1600AF/1600AT main circuit breaker in MDP. Power is distributed throughout the facility from the MDP through multiple panelboards and dry type transformers located in designated spaces and electric rooms. The thermography report indicated that the general electrical load on the building is low. No circuit breakers were observed to be out of NFPA required temperature tolerances or overloaded or in need of imediate replacement or repair.
