Harcros FAS & Thermography Testing
Harcros Chemicals Inc.
ESE performed a visual survey of the existing electrical distribution equipment and electrical rooms at the Harcros Chemicals facility located in Nashua, NH. ESE recorded thermal images of each electrical distribution equipment using a Fluke TiS75+ thermal imager According to NFPA 70B Required Standards
The Exisitng 277/480 V, 3 Ph, 4 W, electric service extends into the building from the secondary side of the utility company owned pad mounted transformer and terminates on the line side of a 1600AF/1600AT main circuit breaker in MDP. Power is distributed throughout the facility from the MDP through multiple panelboards and dry type transformers located in designated spaces and electric rooms. The thermography report indicated that the general electrical load on the building is low. No circuit breakers were observed to be out of NFPA required temperature tolerances or overloaded or in need of imediate replacement or repair.
