Scan/point cloud of the 30,000 square foot facility. The site was a two-tenant warehouse / office space consisting of two floors containing individual offices. Multi use areas, restrooms and kitchens, as well as the large warehouse spaces.
Scanning was performed on the interior and exterior areas of the site, capturing all visible data and architectural elements. 3D point cloud was registered from raw data and checked for scale.
The point cloud created was used to generate a 3D Revit model of the facility. And the model was used to in the creation of 2D prints of the entire facility used for creation of a Fire Alarm plan by ESE and provided to the GC for use in renovation and general construction.
