This project consists of selective modifications to an existing 40,000 square foot storage / warehouse Fine Art Storage and Packing tenant space of a multi-tenant building.
The scope included modifications to existing switchgear, distribution equipment, lighting, HVAC Equipment Tele/ data empty pathways, minimal power and receptacle work. The warehouse and packing areas contain climate control and de-humidification for optimum care and preservation of Fine Art.
