This project consists of the construction of a 17,140 square foot new single story (with partial mezzanine) Production / Fabrication facility for the American Durafilm Company in Dover, New Hampshire.
The project consists of a single story high bay facility, with office on the first floor and mezzanine area above .
The building is divided into a warehouse,/ production area and a fabrication / office mezzanine area. High bay lighting, dock levelers, and overhead doors are incorporated into the design.
