The building was 32’ in height, one-story, and approximately 291,000 square feet. The building was of steel construction on concrete foundations, with environment control (A/C & heat), fully sprinklered. The building service design was based on the building being subdivided in 2 sections for two tenants. The building design was based on a “core and shell” construction.
ESE prepared plans and specifications for the exterior site utilities (including electric, telephone, CATV and fire alarm services) as well as exterior parking lot and building mounted lighting system.
ESE also prepared of construction documents and specifications for Building Electrical systems including: Power Distribution, Power Outlet System, Temporary Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Automatic and Manual Lighting Control, Telephone Outlet Systems, Data and Voice Empty Conduit Systems for the core and shell construction. The building was designated with (1) 4000 ampere service @ 277/480 volts 3 phase, 4 wire service.
